KISS Advertiser uses the Joomla routing API so it should be sufficient to set the SEO settings in the Joomla main configuration. You cannot change it in KISS Advertiser as it is completely managed by Joomla.

As KISS Advertiser follows the CMV (controller - model - view) programming architecture, links to special functions will always look like this, even with SEO activated:

http://www.yoursite.com/index.php/function.html?task=current_task&some_info=xyz

How to set the SEF so the page links are html instesd of

www.storagetraders.com/index.php/categor...id=235&task=showcats

www.storagetraders.com/category/entertainmentmemorabilia.html

Joomla 2.5 is already set to

SEO Settings

Search Engine Friendly URLs Yes
Use URL rewriting No
Adds Suffix to URL Yes
Unicode Aliases No
