Unable to create ads after lic purchased

This message is thrown by the thumbnail library. Probably an illegal image format was tried to being converted as thumbnail.
The thumbnail library is only necessary if large images are being uploaded. If your users won\'t upload large images, you can switch the thumbnail creation to off - and this message will no longer occur.

Probably the mootools update plugin is not published. Please check the plugin. After publishing it should work.

Also in the backend when creating a customer the selection for country and states do not reflect the data base.
