Dutch terms of agreement.

Hello,

I\'ve noticed that the dutch translation has no terms of agreement. When a customer wants to read the terms of agreement a window pops up but this stays blank. I took the file en-GB.terms.php and changed it to nl-NL.terms.php and put it in /wwwroot/components/com_ksadvertiser.
For some reasone it still will not appear, the popup stays blank. What do i need to do for it to work?
