DocChicago on the way to South Tyrolean AlpsIn our support forum all questions are being replied to within shortest delays. We serve our users by email and some individuals even give us a call and require advice by phone. No problem, we try to immediately find a solution for any problem.

However even hard working collaborators must have some days of recreation. That is why we are sometimes out for holidays for a certain period. This could lead to a reduction of service in this period because our sales collaborators cannot reply to questions of programming code. And our programmers may not be available temporarily.

So if it should last a little bit longer than in normal times, we ask for your understanding. As soon as all collaborators are on board again, the service situation will return to normal state. Thank you.
